Add around 2-3g leaves and pour on freshly boiled water.
Infuse for 5-7 minutes and enjoy.
Re-infuse 1-2 times, lengthening the steep time with each infusion.
Don’t forget, you can adjust any of the measurements to suit your style!
It’s also deliciously refreshing served iced!
Simply brew as you would hot and leave it to cool. Pour over ice and serve with a slice of lemon or mint garnish!
