Add around 3-4g to a strainer and pour on freshly boiled water.
Infuse for 4-5 minutes and enjoy.
Re-infuse 1-2 times, lengthening the steep time with each infusion.
Don’t forget, you can adjust any of the measurements to suit your style!
It’s also deliciously refreshing served iced or cold infused!
Simply use cold water instead of hot and leave for 30 mins+ or as long as you like. Prepare before bed and pop it in the fridge overnight for a delicious drink ready for the next day. Serve over ice with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint!
Or brew as you would hot, allow to cool and pack with ice.
